You are aware while bidding of the following rules and conditions:
- Your offer is binding and you are obliged to purchase the vehicle
- Assignment time can be up to and including day 30. You are obliged to take the vehicle.
- The vehicles in this auction have an expected milage and expected delivery date. The actual milage and delivery date can be different. You cannot claim on the differences and delays.
- Claims must be submitted within 2 working days after pick up, after that it will not be processed.
- We apply a deductible of € 500,-
- We try to display the information as accurately as possible. It happens that it is not correct
- You cannot claim on text, vehicle information and displayed options and accessories.
