- Your offer is binding and you are obliged to purchase the vehicle;
- Your offer is valid for 30 days after closing of the lot. You are obliged to take the vehicle at all times;
- The vehicles in this auction have an expected entry and an expected mileage. The actual mileage and/or intake date may differ. Attention! This is not indicated for all vehicles. You cannot complain about the different mileage and/or intake date;
- Complaint must be submitted within 2 working days after the vehicle has been collected, after that it will not be processed;
- We apply a deductible of € 500 per complaint;
- A maximum compensation of € 2,500 per complaint applies for this event;
- We try to display the information as accurately as possible. It happens that it deviates. VWE Remarketing cannot be held liable for this;
- You cannot claim on text, vehicle information and displayed options and accessories. You should take a good look at the photos and you yourself have a duty to investigate as a professional. - Reclamatie dient binnen 2 werkdagen na afhalen voertuig ingediend te worden, daarna wordt deze niet in behandeling genomen;
- Wij hanteren een eigen risico van € 500,- per reclamatie;
- Voor dit event geldt een maximale vergoeding per reclamatie van € 2.500,-;
- Wij proberen de informatie zo correct mogelijk te tonen. Het komt voor dat deze afwijkt. VWE Remarketing kan hiervoor niet aansprakelijk gesteld worden;
- U kunt niet reclameren op tekst, voertuiginformatie en getoonde opties en accessoires. U dient de foto’s goed te bekijken en u heeft zelf een onderzoekplicht als professional. Heeft u vragen of twijfel over een desbetreffend voertuig in veiling en/of wilt u extra informatie over een kavel. Neem dan contact op met onze internationale helpdesk.

- Na każdą reklamację stosujemy franszyzę w wysokości 500 €;
- W przypadku tego wydarzenia obowiązuje maksymalna rekompensata w wysokości 2500 EUR za reklamację;
- Staramy się wyświetlać informacje jak najdokładniej. Zdarza się, że odbiega. VWE Remarketing nie ponosi za to odpowiedzialności;
- Nie możesz rościć sobie prawa do tekstu, informacji o pojeździe oraz wyświetlanych opcji i akcesoriów. Powinieneś dobrze przyjrzeć się zdjęciom i jako profesjonalista masz obowiązek ich zbadania.
