Can I still buy cars from

Yes, we are continuing our business and operations. Buying cars is still possible for everyone. We keep you updated if anything changes. 

Is it still possible to pick up a car from Weeze (DE)?

Yes, it is still possible to pick up cars. We have some temporarily new rules, such as shaking hands and only 1 driver at a time in the waiting area. Please check our hygiene regulations

How long does it take to deliver a car regarding current circumstances?

Currently, this is difficult to say. Until further notice, picking up the vehicles is still possible. Please consider that during transport, delays can occur e.g. at borders.

Are you still able to deliver cars?

Yes that is possible, but the delivery times have increased.

Are you going to refund the purchase (and/or transport cost) if I cannot pick up the car?

There is no refund foreseen. Picking up cars remains possible in Weeze (DE). Check with your local authorities if there are restrictions on entering your country.

Can I cancel a car?

No, you cannot cancel cars. Our current claim procedure and terms and conditions are still applicable. Sold vehicles need to be picked up.

If I do not get my car on time, will you refund my payment?

Currently, there is no refund foreseen as this is a force majeure. Our current claim procedure and terms and conditions are still applicable.

I can’t collect my vehicle (s), can I temporarily leave them in Weeze (DE)?

Yes, we have special rules during this time and you can leave your vehicles at our compound in Weeze (DE) for free until further notice.

Can you arrange the transportation of the purchased car?
